Welcome to Spin-A-Disc Mobile Discos.
Established in the late 80’s this family operated business started as a hobby and blossomed into something so much more.
My name is Stella, and I am a mobile DJ. I started DJ'ing in 1987, working for other companies, before my husband and I decided to start our own business in 1990. We are both experienced DJs, however my husband, an electronics technician by trade, now does all the technical work, which includes building and maintaining our equipment.
Although I have done several "DJ training courses" most of my knowledge comes from experience.
I am have extensive music knowledge, and my specialty is 1950s to the 1980's.
I have plenty of commercially popular music available, and have a very wide ranging amount of music which includes things from from Frank Sinatra, Doris Day,and Bing Crosby to today's top charting artists like Beyonce, Flo-Rida and Pitbull.
I am experienced in providing music for all occasions, such as birthday parties, weddings, school discos, and trivia nights etc. and I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA to act as the MC at wedding receptions. I bring four types of lighting effects to every function, at no extra charge.
